European pricing

The aim of the project was to unify commercial and pricing policy at European level.

The project team consisted of senior management and representatives from the countries. We worked on the new model for two years prior launching.

In the preparation active discussion with the local sales management and key customers took place. Comments and suggestions were taken to the development team and implemented in the design. Prior the launch I executed a comprehensive training program for sales, including the model itself and its implications for client process. How to sell the new model to customers was also a key part of the program. I took part in the negotiations with customers as well.

After the launch I received an invitation to a small sounding board group. We made the necessary adjustments to the model which were implemented in the same way everywhere in Europe.

The project was definitely in it´s class one of the largest in the world – especially taken into account that international laws were followed by the book.
