The company’s management was extremely busy with clients and operational management. However, rapid market change called for action. We started with the management group studying the market and internal strengths. Following this, three challenging future scenarios were set up.

Entire staff was invited to the strategy process. Scalable teams were built in order to secure seamless daily customer operation. Project was started with an assignment to the whole group and ended with a result presentation and discussion seminar. In the mean time I coached team leaders and helped them with difficult questions. Management team was steering the process under my guidance.
